Exhibit Booth Inclusions (click here)

ICM2017 provides each standard exhibit booth (per 10'x10' space) with the following:

  • 8' high white sintra backwall
  • 3' high white sintra side walls
  • Two (2) - grey fabric chairs
  • One (1) - 3m sign with company name
  • One (1) - 6' skirted table
  • Two (2) - side chairs
  • One (1) - wastebasket
  • One (1) - 10' x 10' carpet

***All complimentary registrations must be redeemed by June 01, 2017***

Registration codes are assigned for Full registrations and Exhibitor Area Only registration. Numbers of Complimentary and Exhibit Area Only registrations are based on the sponsorship/exhibitor package purchased.

Exhibit Area Only passes will give access to the exhibit hall throughout the congress including breaks served in the exhibit hall, and access to the welcome reception.

Exhibitor Registration Instructions:
Registration codes will be emailed to the person that registered for your exhibit space once payment has been received in full.

Register exhibit staff via the ICM 2017 Congress website registration page.

At the registration log in page:

  • Conference Role, please select: 'Exhibitor'
  • Access Code: enter the Access Code that has been provided to you by the Congress Secretariat
  • Note: You will receive 2 codes:
    • 1 code is for your complimentary registrations
    • The second code is for any additional paid registrations
  • Enter delegate information

If you wish for your exhibit staff to register themselves, provide them with the access code to make their own bookings on the registration page.

Badges must be worn at all times and may be picked up at the conference registration desk. Changes in registration made during the event will be handled at the registration desk.

Accommodation (click here)

ICM has secured preferred rates for exhibitors and delegates at various hotels near the congress venue.

Reservations can be made on the ICM Hotel Page.

The responsibility for reserving the accommodation rests with the Exhibitor. Conference Management will not be liable if any Exhibitor is unable to reserve accommodation or if the provider of accommodation fails to honor a reservation for accommodation. Any hotel fees are at the expense of the exhibitor.

Insurance (click here)

Commercial General Liability Insurance is required for a minimum amount of $5,000,000 per occurrence and such other forms of insurance as may be appropriate to cover your obligations in connection with exhibiting at ICM 2017. The Commercial General Liability insurance must name the following organizations as additional insureds:

  • ICM 2017
  • MCI Group Canada Inc.
  • Metro Toronto Convention Centre

A copy of your policy must be received by MCI Canada by April, 30, 2017.

Move In & Move Out Procedures (click here) 

The official exhibitor move-in date & time is Saturday, June 17, 2017 (09:00 - 16:00) and Sunday, June 18, 2017 (08:00 - 13:00).

All exhibitors need to have their booth structure installed, cases removed and aisles clear before 13:00 on June, 18. If your space has enhanced lighting or video elements, please make sure they are set and running before the Welcome Reception.

The Welcome Reception will take place at 17:30 - 19:00 in the Exhibit Hall on Sunday, June 18 and all exhibitors should have representation at their booth as the Exhibit Hall is open and accessible to all attendees. Exhibitors are responsible for the safety and security of their equipment.
